“Billy came to install and help design a new bathroom on the 1st Floor, replacing a bedroom. Throughout the process he was brilliant. Communicated clearly throughout to ensure we knew what was happening. We could not be happier with the finish. The care and attention to detail Billy has shows in the finished bathroom.”

“Very pleased with the work Billy and the team carried out. The bathroom has been totally transformed and finished to a high standard. All whilst keeping the house clean despite the bathroom being stripped back, walls straightened, the floor leveled, new plumbing and total rearrangement of the layout, all done with care and attention. The communication was great throughout, which was reassuring. We knew the job was in safe hands . He suggested design changes based on the room’s quirks, which improved both the function and look. “I am delighted with the new bathroom that Billy and his team created. They removed the entire contents of a small, tired bathroom in a Victorian house and transformed it into a bright, well equipped bathroom. Billy provided a schedule of works and payment plan, both of which he kept to. He was there every day of the two and a half weeks. Billy was project manager and plumber. He contracted a carpenter, electrician, plasterer, tiler, decorator and arranged rubbish removal. Everyone was professional, conscientious and pleasant and the house was kept clean and tidy. I’m happy to recommend Billy.”

“Billy was outstanding in all regards throughout what was a challenging 3 week bathroom project. It all started with a detailed schedule of works that Billy planned down to a T with our inputs. His project management skills were evident with contingencies in place to accommodate his team of tradespersons, all of whom were utmost professionals. Billy's attention to detail in making our bathroom design a reality was excellent. The attached photos taken 3 weeks apart are a testament to his hard work, flexibility and continuous communication. “We used Billy again to fit a WC in the space underneath our stairs. The quality of the finish is excellent and has really blended into the space seamlessly. “Billy was recommended by a previous customer on a local fb group and I am so grateful. The bathroom needed completely gutting but the main requirement was for a step free shower. The quote was detailed and competitive so I was confident it would not go over budget and we discussed every step of the project to ensure I was happy before work began. Every tradesman that came in alongside Billy was friendly and professional, ensuring a high standard of work all round. “Billy has just completed our bathroom refit and we can't recommend him highly enough. Prior to the project he provided a schedule of works which was stuck to by the letter. He is incredibly hardworking and his workmanship and attention to detail are excellent. All the tradespeople he'd lined up (electrician, plasterer, tiler) arrived exactly as planned and the work they did was great. Billy is very tidy and left the house spotless at the end. Pricing was very reasonable. He is also very personable and easy to chat to - we enjoyed having him around! Honestly cannot fault him. Thank you Billy!”

“I would honestly give Billy six stars - he did a brilliant job. His communication was great, he provided a detailed daily schedule of works and stuck to it. He was really clean and tidy. The quality of the work was really good and he has a great team of trades that he works with who are all also of a high standard. He was very helpful with ideas and suggestions and with sourcing supplies. I thought his price was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. Finally he is a nice guy which is important if someone is in your house for the best part of three weeks.”

“Billy was very professional in his approach. He was very clean and tidy, ensuring that all carpets and hard flooring were completely covered and protected and hoovering up at the end of each day. He project managed the job very well, bringing in the other (quality) trades in an efficient manner. He suggested excellent solutions to a few issues which needed to be overcome.
